Member’s Only Assocation Web Sites
CMI has created a Web Portal exclusively for our Association Members. The Members Only Web Portal is a valuable resource providing resources such as Management Requests, Payment Ledgers, Documents/Forms, Member Listing and Event Bulletin Board. To access the website service now, simply click sign-In.
CMI simplifies the Association Dues Payment Process by providing three payment options: Mail, Online and Automatic Withdrawal.
Real Estate Resources
Resources required for Homeowner Association and Condominium Association real estate transactions can be accessed online through our Online Information Service. The following reports/forms are available: Disclosure/Resale Report, Lender Report, Escrow Report, Assessment Certificate and Community Association Documents.
