Our main office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After those hours, your call is sent to a 24 hour dispatch where you can reach a live employee ready to assist in cases of emergency.

CMI has a branch in Vancouver, WA. Two management teams are headquartered at this office. The office contains a board room which can be used for meetings by any associations managed by CMI.
Vendors who would like to be considered for contracted service through properties managed by CMI should print the Vendor Application Forms and fill them out.
