There are two options:
- Your Association may have its own website where the current owner can obtain documents for no additional costs. Please go to www.communitymgt.com and click on the tab Your Community. Scroll down to Association Web Portals and register for a Log in & Password. It is likely that the documents you need will be posted on this site.
- If your association does not have a website, you will need to proceed to the Resale Info/Lender Request page and enroll in our ADI site. There you can order the Community Association Documents Packet ($107-$115) to obtain only association documents or the Disclosure Resale Certificate ($158-$165), which contains consumer disclosure information for the buyer on a particular unit and the association documents.
