Account Inquiries
If you have a question about your account (past due balance, late fees, special assessments), please use an Account Inquiry Form.
Resale Information - Order Online
Resale Information - Order Online Special information on the association and/or home is needed when selling or refinancing a home. CMI makes this process fast and easy! We offer a variety of packages, including:
Disclosure/Resale Report - This report is needed by sellers, real estate agent/brokers, etc. and contains consumer disclosure information for the buyer. It includes a complete set of current association documents.
Lender Report - This report is used by banks and mortgage companies when preparing a loan. It contains specific information relating to association, including all information required by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Escrow Report - Needed by title and escrow companies, this report shows settlement information for an account that is closing due to the transfer of title.
Assessment Certificate - Used only when refinancing a mortgage. Shows just the current balance due to the association, if any. No other documents are included.
Community Association Documents - This report includes only a set of current documents for the association and should only be purchased by current association members who have lost their documents or need the most current ones. No other information is provided.
The fees for these services are passed on to those involved in the transaction and are not covered by the management fee paid by the Association. Change of Address
Please advise us of any change in address by using the Change of Address Form .
ACH Direct Pay Authorization
You may sign up to have your maintenance fee paid direct from your bank to your association account. Please use the, ACH Direct Pay Authorization Form. Print this form and mail directly to CMI, 2105 SE 9TH AVE, PORTLAND, OR 97214, C/O "Accounts Receivable".
