Our clients include condominiums, homeowner associations, planned unit developments, mixed use communities, resorts, and senior housing condominiums. Our portfolio extends from single family home associations, to townhouse developments, and includes low-rise (6-8 stories) to mid-rise residential/commercial loft condominiums (up to 14 – 28 stories), to very sophisticated 40-story high-rise condominiums. The property settings vary widely from downtown to suburban sites of over 50 acres. Continually improving our service models is just one way we maintain the cutting edge in our industry.
