Conflict of Interest Policy
We encourage our staff to abide by our Conflict of Interest Policy, which states we do not personally receive gifts, etc., from vendors or clients without full disclosure.
A value will be placed on any gifts received from our vendors and we will make a donation to the Salvation Army in that amount to support the excellent work they do in our community.
We continue to urge our vendors to use their resources for a charity listed below or one of their choice rather than giving to CMI; this is especially true during the Christmas Holidays. We will be sponsoring events in November and December for the Sunshine Division Food Bank and Metro Toy Drive and we hope you will participate.
We do not want to seem ungrateful, so we trust you will understand our working relationship is greatly appreciated and we do not want you to feel your gesture is without merit. However, we must ensure our clients have full confidence we are not receiving anything, no matter how small, that might influence our work.
