Community Associations Institute (CAI), is a nonprofit educational and resource organization formed in 1973 to distribute guidance to homeowner associations and their shared facilities in condominiums, planned unit developments and property owner associations. CMI has been a member of this organization since 1972.
OWCAM
Oregon Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM) is an organization comprised of Manager Members (companies and individuals) that provide professional managment service and Service Provider Memebers that provide legal, accounting, maintenance and other services to community associations in the states of Oregon and Washington.
